A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Red Property Assisting Community Governance-Taking G County Of Hebei Province As An Example

At present,China’s social development has entered a new stage.How to realize the community governance system with the participation of multiple subjects through the guidance of party building is a major topic that is constantly discussed in many areas in China.The successful experience of "red property" construction in G County community in Hebei Province provides a good solution.G County vigorously promoted the "red property",strengthened the leadership of the party branch,and made the property company as the "most stable entry point" of grassroots social governance;Under the guidance of the Party building,it has effectively adjusted the amount of income that should be obtained between institutions participating in community governance,further deepened the coordination and win-win between multiple community governance subjects,and thus continuously fully addressed the various needs of the masses,and thus provided better services for residents.At the same time,the participation enthusiasm of community party members,residents and co-construction units of the district can be fully stimulated,which greatly improves the satisfaction and happiness index of community residents,makes the relationship between residents in the community more harmonious,and gathers a strong force for community governance.By means of interviews,questionnaires and literature research,this paper draws on the multi-center governance theory and social capital theory to conduct a preliminary research and exploration on the participation of red property in community governance in G County.The study found that we should strengthen the self-construction of the Party organization of Red Property,balance and coordinate the relationship between multiple subjects,improve the level of community property management and improve the level of fund guarantee,and constantly optimize various measures to promote the red property to participate in community governance,so as to make it more sound and perfect to meet the development needs of the new era,so as to provide a solid guarantee for the construction of grassroots party organizations and community governance.
