Research On The Construction Of Regional Party-Building Association

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the grass-roots party-building.Not long ago,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee made decisions on a number of major issues concerning the modernization of the national governance system and capacity.Therefore,this thesis analyzes the new ideas of grass-roots party-building in the process of urbanization,and sums up the new mode of grass-roots party-building in the process of urbanization,This is the demand of strengthening the construction of the party in the new era and the need of solving the new environment,new problems,new tasks and new challenges in the grass-roots party construction in the process of urbanization,It is also a topic that must be solved in practice to fully implement the thinking of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.The regional party-building association is the party-building model that is in line with the current deep economic and social changes,This thesis is based on the basic theory of Sinicization Marxism,under the guidance of the theory of the construction of the party governing capacity and the theory of the grass-roots party-building.This thesis adheres to the principles of the unity of problem-oriented and goal-oriented,the combination of history and reality,and the promotion of theory and practice,this thesis makes a deep and detailed discussion on the regional party building association by using the methods of literature research and field investigation.The District of Ganjingzi Dalian is a rapidly urbanizing region with a typical urban-rural joint part.In recent years,Ganjingzi District has explored and promoted the construction of regional party-building association,within the confines of the precinct.This thesis takes the construction of regional party-building association in Ganjingzi District as the object of study,in-depth analysis of the construction process of its experience and lessons.This thesis is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction part,which gives a brief overview of the background and significance,research status,research ideas and methods,definition of related concepts,innovations and shortcomings;The second part discusses the theoretical basis of regional party-building association,elaborates the content of the theory of the construction of the party governing capacity and the theory of the grass-roots party-building,and reveals the objective conditions of the emergence of regional party-building;The third part is a practical investigation of the regional party-building association in Ganjingzi District,and a deep induction of the changes in the economic scale,population structure,grass-roots party organization structure and content of Ganjingzi District,summarize and refine the main methods of the regional party-building association;The fourth part discusses the achievements and characteristics of the regional party-building association,distilling three achievements and five characteristics;The fifth part summarizes the four problems existing in the construction of the regional party-building association,and analyzes the causes of these problems;The sixth part is to further promote the development of the regional party-building association proposed countermeasures and recommendations,the conclusion part of the full text of a brief summary,pointing out the problems to be studied.
