A Case Study Of Endogenous Development Model In Baoshan Village,Pengzhou City

The village governance community is the concrete embodiment of the social governance community in the countryside.Shaping the village governance community is an important way to achieve rural revitalization and an objective requirement for rural revitalization.As a model of rural governance in Sichuan Province,Baoshan Village in Pengzhou City has been awarded the titles of National Advanced Grassroots Party Organisation and National Model Village of Rural Governance.From the perspective of new endogenous development theory,through the analysis of the new endogenous development main characteristics and forms,the core of the new endogenous development is to establish the village elite,village organizations,villagers inside the main body status,through value shaping,action coordination and benefit aggregate shape has endogenous development ability of rural governance community.In pengzhou Baoshan village since the development of the reform and opening up as the investigation object,combined with the transformative leadership behavior theory and empowerment theory,using case analysis,literature analysis and interview survey of Baoshan village endogenous development and development experience is analyzed,found that the success of the village is the rural elite leading village main body active change and strive for external empowerment can increase the result of mutual coupling.Under the coupling of theory and practice,further explore the endogenous development to realize the core factors,key strategies and important guarantee is transformative leadership,empowerment,and development of collective economy,demonstrate transformation leadership stimulate the endogenous development power,empowerment to foster participation of endogenous development ability,strengthen collective economy to promote rural sustainable development.Baoshan village is transformational leadership leading the village-level organization construction,public value and collective consciousness form cultural identity,empowerment can stimulate elements and the main body vitality,the development of collective economy implementation resource integration and governance coordination,construct "value-action-benefit" trinity of rural governance community,which concluded that treasure village endogenous development model is beneficial practice to explore the new endogenous development theory.The research shows that the new endogenous development theory has good adaptability in China’s rural areas,and is highly consistent with the current practice of rural revitalization and common prosperity in China,and is the guiding and driving force of the rural governance community.
