A Case Study Of Promoting Rural Revitalization With The Characteristic Industry Of "Chongguo Fragrant Peach" In Gulou Town,Xichong County

Since the 21st century,the " issues relating to agriculture;rural areas and farmers" has always been the top priority of the Party’s work.The most arduous and burdensome task,the most extensive and profound foundation,and the greatest potential and stamina are all in rural areas in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a great modern socialist country in all respects.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is an inevitable requirement for solving the major social contradictions in China in the new era and achieving the “Two Centenary” goals and the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.To implement the rural revitalization strategy,thriving businesses are the basis.Thriving rural businesses not only provide more and richer agricultural products to continuously meet people’s needs for a better life,but also bring together talents and human resources and provide a reliable source of income for rural revitalization.Based on the national strategic background of rural revitalization,this paper takes Gulou Town in Xichong County as an example to explore the positive achievements and experiences of Gulou Town in promoting rural revitalization with the characteristic industry of "Chongguo Fragrant Peach".By analyzing and learning from the advanced concepts and implementation plans at home and abroad,the specific implementation of the "Fragrant Peach" industrial development model in Gulou Town is taken as a case study,collaborative governance theory,industrial integration theory and sustainable development theory as the research theoretical basis,literature research,policy analysis and field investigation are used to analyze the township construction and rural governance situation in the current rural revitalization of Gulou Town.Through the study and analysis of the optimized industrial structure of Gulou Town and the development of the characteristic fragrant peach industry of "adapting measures to local conditions",explore and establish a party-building leading industry revitalization and development mode of "one construction,two regulations and three management" and a specialized cooperative mode to "escort" for the peach industry.With "six actions" to grasp the employment and entrepreneurship of returning farmers,exploring new grassroots governance mechanisms,provide human resources for the rural revitalization of Gulou Town,cultivate the excellent variety "Chongguo Fragrant Peach" to become a national geographical indication of agricultural products and create a brand effect.improve public services and infrastructure construction,carry out rural living environment improvement and village cleaning actions,promote the ecological livability and rural civilization construction of Gulou Town,and help the local people to become rich.
