Study On China’s Rural Governance Construction Of A Town Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

If you are a big country,you can’t overcook and season all kinds of spices.As the country’s grassroots level,the country’s own governance is related to social stability and the country’s development.In the process of governance,it is necessary to build a new socialist countryside based on the country’s own resource advantages,promote rural revitalization,and enhance farmers’ happiness.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the establishment and improvement of a rural governance system that combines autonomy,rule of law,and rule of morality.Requirement,this article uses town A as an example,through field visits,using questionnaire and interview methods to analyze the problems faced by rural governance in the context of rural revitalization,and then analyze the problems faced,and finally put forward corresponding solutions.Better realize the "effective governance" of rural areas.The introduction first introduces the current research background and research significance of rural governance,then reviews and reviews domestic and foreign research,and finally introduces the research content,research methods,innovations and deficiencies of this article.The first part first introduces the three concepts of rural revitalization str ategy,governance and rural governance;then elaborates on the theory of social governance and good governance.The second part introduces the development process of rural governance in my country.According to historical stages,this article divides China’s rural governance into the following three major stages: rural governance in traditional society,rural governance before reform and opening up after the founding of New China,and rural governance since reform and opening up.Specifically,it has experienced several periods of "county politics and township governance",rural construction movement,"coexistence of rural political power","integration of politics and society","township governance and village governance",and the new era "integration of the three governances".The third part introduces the current situation of rural governance in Town A under the background of rural revitalization.First,it introduces the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Town A,including the general situation of the village in Town A and the effectiveness of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Town A;secondly,it introduces the current situation of rural governance in Town A.The fourth part is about the problems faced by the rural governance of town A in the rural revitalization strategy.Through on-site visits to Town A,using questionnaires and interviews,it was found that Town A has the following problems in rural governance: First,the construction of some grassroots party organizations is not in place,and the leading role of party building is not strong;second,the foundation of autonomy is weak and the villagers The implementation of autonomy is not effective;the third is the imperfect laws and regulations and the weak concept of the rule of law in the countryside;the fourth is the prominent problem of rural culture and education,and the foundation of the rule of virtue is facing challenges.The fifth part is the analysis of the reasons for the problems faced by the rural governance of Town A under the background of rural revitalization.The reasons can be divided into the following aspects: one is that there are deficiencies in the work of party building at the grassroots level;the other is that villager autonomy is out of form;the third is that the construction of the rule of law is lagging;the fourth is that the rule of morality is weak;the fifth is that autonomy,the rule of law,and the rule of morality are not effectively integrated..The sixth part is the optimized countermeasures of rural governance under the background of rural revitalization.The first is to uphold the party’s leadership and strengthen the work of party building;the second is to consolidate the foundation of autonomy and give the villagers self-government space;the third is to improve the protection of the rule of law and establish rural legal beliefs;the fourth is to attach importance to the construction of rural culture and create an atmosphere of rural rule of virtue;The effective integration of the "three governances" has boosted rural revitalization.
