| National identity refers to the recognition and approval of the country’s historical and cultural symbols and national political concepts,roads and power operation methods by members of the country.In-depth research on the construction path of national identity will help guide and regulate the thinking,emotion and behavior practice of young people,and help maintain the stability and development of multiethnic countries.Based on the research perspective of Marxism,this article sorts out the relevant discourses of Marxist classic writers such as Marx,Engels,and Lenin on the state,and clarifies the logical relationship between national identity and economic foundation,social stability,and values.By comparing the emotional differences in national identity among young people in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,this paper further analyzes the impact of economic development,social culture and educational regulation on the national identity of young people in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,so as to explore ways to enhance the national identity of young people in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,field interview and comparative study to explore the current situation and characteristics of national identity of young people in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao such three regions.Our final result shows that a clear trend of separation among youth in the three regions in the aspect of national sovereignty and political systems shows up.The youth in Guangdong have a strong sense of sovereignty.Macao youth’s recognition of the motherland has been rising since their return,and has reached the highest index of public opinion surveys over the years in the new era.In recent years,the national identity of Hong Kong youth has been on the decline as a whole,and the phenomenon of "De Chinesization" of identity is prominent.However,since the implementation of the National Security Law of Hong Kong,The attitude of Hong Kong youth towards the central government has undergone a significant change,gradually restoring trust in the country and government.For a long time,due to the comprehensive influence of factors such as economic development,globalization process,social culture and education regulation,the national identity of young people in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao has a trend of convergence and separation.Among them,factors such as personal career planning and future development prospects have a significant impact on the national identity of young people in the three regions.The cultivation of national identity among young people in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao will be affected by the objective environment such as the world,national and regional conditions.No doubt that it is a trans-regional,multi-subject and large-volume systematic project.It is necessary to base on the top-level design,vigorously support youth innovation and entrepreneurship from the system and policy,actively build a talent supply and demand platform,and also provides material guarantee for the development of young people,encouraging youth initiatively participate in the overall situation of the country.However,in order to truly internalize the national identity of young people,the turn of the people lies in education.The cultivation of national identity of young people in Hong Kong and Macao needs to be inspired and used for reference from the successful experience of Guangdong’s overall promotion of the integration of ideological and political theory courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools in national identity education.It must be jointly promoted through school education,cultural guidance and other ways. |
