Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of D-Prison Smart Priso

In the current era of Chinese-style modernization,where digital rule of law is widely promoted,the management mode of“smart prisons”is increasingly accepted and used for daily prison management activities in China.The establishment of smart prisons has enriched prison security measures,optimized work procedures,improved work efficiency,and enhanced the law enforcement capabilities and credibility of prison officers,ultimately ensuring prison safety and stability.Additionally,the exploration of smart prisons has produced new solutions and technological support for scientific decision-making in prisons.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen research on the construction of smart prisons and transform prison governance from empirical to intelligent to improve the level of prison management and the quality of offender rehabilitation.This paper adopts a specific research perspective on the construction of smart prisons in D prison,utilizing various research methods,including literature analysis,interviews,and questionnaire surveys.The research aims to consolidate the issues encountered in the smart construction process of the prison and thoroughly analyze them based on the fundamental concepts of smart prisons and relevant theoretical frameworks.The underlying reasons for the encountered setbacks in the smart construction process of D prison are also identified,and target-oriented solutions are suggested.Drawing on case studies of typical prisons in China,this paper analyses the problems encountered in the development of smart prisons in China through compilation of relevant literature and prison research.These challenges are caused by traditional management concepts,inefficient information sharing mechanisms,low levels of core technologies and insufficient coordination between personnel and technical equipment.As a result,issues such as cognitive biases,information silos,weak intelligence levels and talent shortages have obstructed the achievement of the intelligence and efficiency goals of smart prisons.This paper aims to investigate basic theories related to smart prison construction,in depth analyse the problems encountered in the smart construction process at D prison,identify the root causes of the issues,and offer targeted solutions to improve the planning and operation of smart prisons.By promoting the integration of modern information network technology and prison supervision,China ’ s prison governance capabilities and levels will be comprehensively improved.The paper discusses management concepts,technology levels,operational mechanisms,assurance systems,and security prevention in order to achieve the strategic goals of coordinated and controllable security,efficient and people-oriented transformation,scientific and refined management,and fair and standardized law enforcement.This paper aims to explore a development path tailored to China’s national conditions towards the realization of smart prisons.
