Research On The Optimization Of Modern Police Mode Of D Prison In Guangdong Province Under The Background Of "Smart Prison"

Prisons are the violent institutions of the state for implementing penalties,playing an important role in ensuring social stability,and preventing and reducing crime.Among these,prison policing is an essential part of prison operations,providing necessary support and protection for achieving supervision goals and corrective effects.With the development of smart prisons,emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence have been innovatively applied to prison policing,gradually forming a modern policing model based on smart prisons.This article focuses on the actual situation of Guangdong Province’s D Prison,using digital governance theory and its analytical framework to elaborate and explore the current situation,existing problems,and causes of the modern policing model of Guangdong Province’s D Prison.It also proposes targeted optimization strategies for the modem policing model of Guangdong Province’s D Prison.First,the article defines the concepts of smart prisons and modem policing models.At the same time,it uses new public management theory and digital governance theory to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of modern policing models in prisons,proposing an analytical framework for modern policing models in prisons.Next,the article introduces the basic situation of Guangdong Province’s D Prison,clarifying the construction status and achievements of the modern policing model of Guangdong Province’s D Prison under the background of smart prisons.While affirming the achievements of the modern policing model of Guangdong Province’s D Prison,it points out many problems faced in current policing work,such as irrational allocation of policing resources,constraints of traditional policing systems,low application level of information systems,room for improvement in collaboration and sharing,and police work fatigue.Then,using the five dimensions of policing concepts,policing subjects,policing management methods,policing operational processes,and policing evaluations in the digital governance analysis framework,the article conducts a cause analysis.Finally,based on the cause analysis of the five dimensions,corresponding optimization strategies and suggestions for the modem policing model of Guangdong Province’s D Prison are proposed.By combining the actual situation with relevant knowledge of public administration.this article proposes a specific optimization approach for the construction of the modern policing model of Guangdong Province’s D Prison under the background of smart prisons and hopes to provide useful references for other prisons.
