| With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,on the one hand,people’s standards of material and cultural life gradually improve,on the other hand,they also put forward higher requirements for government services.The government has also been actively trying to build a service-oriented government for a long time in order to meet the people’s expectations for a service-oriented government.In recent years,local governments have continued to increase financial investment in public services and strengthen people’s livelihood construction.However,in general,the level of public service satisfaction in my country is not high,and new ways to improve public service satisfaction still need to be found.The study found that good service quality does not mean high satisfaction,public service satisfaction is easily affected by non-service factors,and the public’s evaluation of public service satisfaction needs to be based on real perceptions."Accessibility",as the last link in the supply side of public services,directly affects whether the public can truly enjoy public services and the public’s evaluation of public services.In the new era,how to provide the public with practical and accessible public services,meet their diversified service needs and improve public service satisfaction has become an important goal of social governance in my country.This paper combs the domestic and foreign literature on public service accessibility,social support and public service satisfaction,and finds that existing studies believe that the public’s evaluation of public services is affected by public service perceptions,and some scholars also propose that public service accessibility It has certain significance for improving public satisfaction,but most of the discussions on the role of public service accessibility in the process of improving satisfaction are still at the level of theoretical research,lacking specific empirical support.At the same time,some studies have found that social support has a unique "mitigation" attribute and will play a role in the process of public service acquisition and evaluation.Based on this,this paper constructs a theoretical research model of public service accessibility,social support and public service satisfaction,and conducts a questionnaire survey on young people in Chengdu to understand the accessibility of public employment services and housing security services to young people in Chengdu.This paper examines the relationship between the two,and discusses the role and mechanism of social support in this process,providing new theoretical support for improving the accessibility and satisfaction of public services.Through empirical research,it is found that:(1)The accessibility of public employment and housing security services among young people in Chengdu is low,and public service satisfaction is at a medium level.(2)There are differences in public service accessibility and public service satisfaction among different youth groups.(3)The accessibility of public services among young people in Chengdu has a significant positive impact on public service satisfaction.(4)Social support plays a moderating role in the impact of public service accessibility on public service satisfaction(5)The impact of youth group public service accessibility on satisfaction will be heterogeneous due to different population attributes.Based on the above analysis conclusions,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First,actively promote the equalization of public services and improve the inclusiveness of public services.Second,optimize the public service supply mechanism.Third,build a public service demand expression and identification mechanism. |
