| Sports is an important part of the country’s basic public services,which plays a unique role in promoting consumption,expanding domestic demand,promoting economic growth and improving national health.Improving the level of basic public sports services can not only do practical work and make contributions to the health of the masses,but also plant fertile soil for the level of competitive sports,prosper sports culture,and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a sports power.As the main provider of public sports services,the government’s website,as one of the main ways to provide public services,undertakes the important mission of providing high-quality public sports services for the public.However,there are still some problems in the satisfaction of public sports services on government websites.On the one hand,the untimely,inaccurate and incomplete information of the public sports service on the government website limits the quality and efficiency of the service;on the other hand,the service content of the public sports service on the government website is single,lack of personalized service and other problems also affect the satisfaction of the public.This paper mainly focuses on the factors that affect the public sports service satisfaction of the government website,and studies the influencing factors of the public sports service satisfaction of the government website,which is helpful to reveal the problems and put forward the corresponding improvement strategies.At the same time,it also helps to promote the development of public sports services on government websites in a more efficient,convenient and personalized direction,and improve people’s satisfaction and trust in the government.This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign customer satisfaction model,unifies the new public service theory,constructs the government website public sports service satisfaction model,puts forward the relevant hypothesis according to the model,and carries on the verification to the hypothesis.817 questionnaires were distributed online.The research data collected by the questionnaire were inputted into SPSS27.0 to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of public sports services on government websites by difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and partial correlation analysis.Finally,it is concluded that public expectation has a significant positive impact on perceived quality,perceived quality has a significant positive impact on public satisfaction,public expectation has a significant positive impact on public satisfaction,public satisfaction has a significant negative impact on public complaints,public satisfaction has a significant positive impact on public trust,and public complaints have a significant negative impact on public trust.The website of the Shanghai Municipal Sports Bureau should strengthen interaction and exchanges with the people,thoroughly connect online and offline relevant government affairs departments,and form an efficient and reasonable network integrated government service system.At the same time,it attaches importance to the construction of interactive communication platforms,attaches importance to ideology and action implementation,actively replies to all kinds of consultations,opinions and suggestions encountered,truly interacts with the people,listens to the voices of the people,understands the opinions of the people,implements the role of interactive exchanges,and finds a balance between mobile new media and traditional websites,improves the sustainable development of public sports services,and provides better public sports services for the general public. |
