With the progress of the times and economic development,people’s needs for public services are becoming more and more diversified,and public service satisfaction has become an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of service-oriented government construction.Clarifying the influencing factors of public service satisfaction can take targeted measures to promote the construction of service-oriented government,which is of great significance for improving the public service system and improving the level of government governance.Based on the study of relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper constructs an analysis framework of factors affecting individual-society-government public service satisfaction based on the theory of expectation difference,new public service theory and attribution theory,and selects the China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)For the relevant data in 2015,SPSS software was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis on the data to explore the impact of key factors at the three levels of individual,society,and government on public service satisfaction.The study found that at the individual level,gender,education level,and political outlook cannot have a significant impact on public service satisfaction;the older the residents,the better the economic status,and the better the health of residents,the higher the public service satisfaction;the agricultural household registration ratio Non-agricultural residents have higher public service satisfaction;unmarried residents have higher public service satisfaction than married residents;socially,Internet technology has a negative impact on public service satisfaction,and residents who use the Internet as the main source of information provide public services The satisfaction rating is lower.At the government level,the adequacy,balance,convenience,and inclusiveness of public service resources are positively correlated with public service satisfaction.Based on the above research conclusions,this article puts forward the following recommendations: the public,as participants in the improvement of public services,should mobilize the sense of ownership to actively participate in the evaluation and supervision of public service areas,strengthen self-cultivation,and improve overall quality.As the main force of public service technology innovation,enterprises and society should use technology to innovate public service tools,strengthen publicity and strengthen the public service atmosphere.As the main body of the supply of public service resources,the government needs to increase the supply of public service resources and expand public service methods;promote the equalization of public services and realize the balanced distribution of public service resources;strengthen network governance to promote convenient services;promote economic development and improve the quality of life of residents.Through the positive interaction and joint efforts of the public,society and the government,the public service satisfaction of Chinese residents will be improved.
