The Relationship Of Public Service Satisfaction And Subjective Well-being In Youth Group

Subjective well-being reflects the subjective cognitive level of social individuals to their living conditions,which is not only the eternal pursuit of individual development,but also the ultimate goal of national and social development.The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that " improving the public service system,ensuring the basic life of the masses,constantly meeting the growing needs of people's good life,constantly promoting social fairness and justice,forming effective social governance and good social order,and making people feel more full,secure and sustainable in terms of sense of happiness and security".With the transformation of the main contradictions in China's society,how to improve the public service system and the quality of public service supply,and how to improve residents' happiness on the basis of the increasing satisfaction of public service have become an important issue in the new situation of social development.Youth is the most dynamic and creative group in society,and youth is an important development period in life.as an important receiving group of public services,the satisfaction evaluation of youth groups on public services will have an important influence on their happiness.Studying the influence of young people's public service satisfaction on their subjective well-being,highlights the value orientation of China's public service research,and enriches the related research in the field of public management and well-being.This paper takes the statistical data of China general social survey(cgss)in 2015 as the data source,selects 14-35-year-old youth groups as the research object,adopts the methods of factor analysis,descriptive statistics,difference test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and studies the influence of public service satisfaction on the subjective well-being of youth groups by building structural equation models.The study found that " public education satisfaction" ? " medical and health satisfaction" ? " housing security satisfaction" ? " social management satisfaction" ? " labor employment satisfaction" ? " social security satisfaction" ? " basic social service satisfaction" ? " public culture and sports satisfaction" and " urban and rural infrastructure satisfaction" are significantly and positively related to the subjective well-being of youth groups.In terms of the overall dimensions of public service satisfaction,young people have the highest satisfaction with the accessibility of public services,while the satisfaction with the balanced distribution of public service resources is the lowest." the adequacy of public service resources"," the equilibrium degree of public service distribution"," the convenience degree of public service" and " the inclusive degree of public service" are significantly and positively correlated with the subjective well-being of youth groups.At the same time,the study found that in terms of " satisfaction with public education"," satisfaction with public health"," satisfaction with basic housing security" and " satisfaction with basic social services",the satisfaction of youth in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas.In terms of " satisfaction with basic social services" and " satisfaction with urban and rural infrastructure",there is a tendency that male youth satisfaction is higher than female youth residents satisfaction.There is a declining trend in " public education satisfaction"," public health satisfaction" and " satisfaction with basic housing security" with the increase of income of youth groups.In terms of subjective well-being,it shows a rising trend with the improvement of income level of youth groups and a rising trend with the improvement of education level.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: respond to the needs of youth groups in public services and improving public service satisfaction;to promote the equalization level of regional public service resources,improve public service resources,and improve the adequacy and inclusive degree of public service resources;Establishing public service performance view and improving public service performance appraisal;Learn from the advanced experience of western public services to improve the supply level of multi-subject public services;Young people actively exert their subjective initiative and strive to improve their happiness.
