Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Industry Development In X Town,Fuyang City

In order to do a good job in the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers and promote the rapid development of agriculture and rural areas,the report of the 19th CPC National Congress proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy for the first time,and clarified the general requirements of "thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized local customs,effective governance,and rich life".This is the general focus of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.On the whole,how to rapidly develop rural industries and achieve the goal of "industrial prosperity" is the primary task and focus of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,but also the basis and guarantee for the realization of rural revitalization.Compared with the general rural areas,the rural industries in poverty-stricken areas still have problems such as poor sustainability,less prominent comparative advantages,serious homogenization,short industrial chain,low added value of value chain,weak characteristic industries and degree of agricultural modernization,which face more challenges in the process of rural industry development.Therefore,by studying the countermeasures of industrial development in the poverty-stricken areas under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,sorting out the deficiencies in the process of industrial development exploration and putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,it plays a key role in the comprehensive realization of rural industrial prosperity.This paper takes the development status of rural industry in X Town,Fuyang City,Anhui Province,Using literature research,questionnaire survey,and empirical analysis,Drawing on the research achievements of many scholars,Guided by Xi Jinping’s important discourse about rural revitalization,industrial development theory and industrial policy theory,Summarize the excellent practices of implementing industrial policies,increasing capital investment,strengthening the construction of industrial supporting projects,and accelerating the construction of talent team in the rural industrial development of X Town,And has achieved the steady growth of agriculture,sustainable development of tourism,local employment population increase,sustained growth of local output value,good industrial development environment and other results,These practices and results have laid a solid foundation for achieving the goal of industrial prosperity in the poverty-stricken areas.After X town out of poverty,summarized X town still exist the following problems in the rural industry development: low degree of industrial integration,low degree of agricultural modernization,characteristic industry weak,rural industry development lack of funds,low capital utilization,professional talent resources,for these problems,this topic,from the government,industry itself,external factors analysis,points out the lack of government ability,industry advantage is not outstanding,industry development external obstacle factors.In view of the corresponding problems,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the leadership of the Party and the government,optimizing the supply of industrial elements,expanding agricultural multifunction,accelerating industrial integration,optimizing the government assessment mechanism and reshaping the government behavior.It is hoped to provide useful experience and theoretical support for the development of rural industries in X Town and other poverty-stricken areas.
