Research On The Development Path Of Rural Industry In Minority Scattered Areas Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi proposed that the Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important measure to solve the problems of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,and an important deployment to further promote the development of rural politics,economy,society,culture and ecology,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and realize rural modernization.During his inspection in Jilin,General Secretary Xi pointed out that it is necessary to seize the major opportunity of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,adhere to the priority of the development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidate the basic status of agriculture and deepen rural reform.We should speed up the construction of high-standard farmland,strengthen the support of agricultural technology and equipment,deepen the structural reform of agricultural supply side,accelerate the development of green agriculture and promote the integration of three industries in rural areas.The Rural Revitalization Strategy provides a good guarantee for the development of ethnic villages in frontier ethnic areas.Guangxin village,Tonghua County,Jilin Province is a typical ethnic village in Chinese-Korean scattered areas.Its industrial development is in its infancy,but the advantages of natural and cultural resources have promoted the development of its rural industries.In order to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the industry,Guangxin village should rely on local resources,take market demand as the basis,and focus on resource integration,industrial integration and building characteristic industries,so as to give full play to the guiding role of governments at all levels in the development of rural industries.The promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy will help ethnic villages realize the advantages of rural industrial development in their own advantageous fields and promote the modernization of the rural areas from the economic aspect.Taking Guangxin village,Tonghua County,Jilin Province as the research object,this paper studies the industrial development of Guangxin village through field investigation and in-depth interview,analyzes the problems and reasons in the process of rural industrial revitalization,puts forward suggestions for the rural industrial development of Guangxin village to help the industrial revitalization.After the field investigation,the author found that Guangxin village has some problems in the development process,such as low level of agricultural modernization,single industry and short industrial chain,lack of professional and technical talents,and weak influence of characteristic industries.The author found that the main reasons for these problems are the insufficient agricultural scientific and technological innovation and scientific management,weak driving force by geographical factors and industrial belt,the “hollowing out” of the population,and lack of experience in building characteristic industries.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding and effective development paths,strengthens the level of agricultural innovation,speeds up the development of original industries,promotes industrial integration,optimizes the construction of human resources and talents,and focuses on building the brand effect of characteristic industries.Guided by Marxist national theory and policy and combined with the reality of the village,we explore a correct way for the industrial development of the village,so as to realize the industrial prosperity of Guangxin village and accelerate the realization of Rural Revitalization.
