Research On The Cultivation Of Rural Middle School Students’ Awareness Of Rule Of Law Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

When the countryside prospers,the country prospers.The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core attaches great importance to rural revitalization.The No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee in 2023 points out that the most arduous and onerous task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country is still in the countryside.The teenagers are the endogenous driving force of rural development,and the key to realizing the strategic goal and task of rural revitalization.Cultivating the legal consciousness of rural teenagers is of great significance to the construction of rural rule of law.At the same time,as the core of family training education,the cultivation of legal awareness of rural teenagers is of great significance for the transmission of legal awareness to grandparents,parents and younger siblings.In order to understand the current situation of legal awareness of rural teenagers,the author conducted a questionnaire and interview survey on the legal awareness of middle schools in H Town,H City,Hubei Province,in order to analyze the achievements of legal education of Chinese rural middle schools and its significance to the construction of legal education in rural revitalization,and to explore the distance between the current legal education of middle schools and the legal education needs of rural revitalization strategy.Research on the cultivation countermeasures according to the disease and medicine.This article is mainly elaborated through the following four parts:In the first part,while introducing the research background and significance of this paper,the author sorted out the relevant legal literature at home and abroad with the keywords of "rural revitalization,legal education of teenagers,legal consciousness cultivation,rural legal consciousness construction",which provided the theoretical basis for the author to study the cultivation of legal consciousness of rural middle school students.The author believes that the analysis of rural youth’s legal consciousness under the background of rural revitalization should not only stay in the theoretical level,but should conduct empirical research,through the fresh data summary and analysis,to provide first-hand information for our rural legal education research.The second part discusses the connotation of rural revitalization strategy and its requirements for rule of law,analyzes the rural middle school students’ sense of rule of law and its significance to rural revitalization,summarizes the relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural middle school students’ sense of rule of law,and clarifies the internal logical relationship of attaching importance to the cultivation of rural middle school students’ sense of rule of law under the background of rural revitalization strategy.The third part,through the questionnaire and interview survey of school teachers,parents and other relevant departments,comprehensively understand the status quo of legal awareness cultivation and legal education of middle school students in this area.The author analyzes the effectiveness and existing problems of legal awareness cultivation of middle school students in rural areas from the five dimensions of "knowing the law,abiding by the law,understanding the law,using the law and promoting the rule of law".And further analyzes the distance between the legal consciousness of middle school students and the legal need of rural revitalization.The fourth part,on the basis of full investigation,from the perspectives of "rural middle school students’ legal consciousness cultivation subject coordination,rural middle school students’ legal consciousness cultivation content system,rural middle school students’ legal consciousness cultivation way innovation,rural middle school students’ legal consciousness cultivation evaluation mechanism diversification",etc.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the cultivation of legal consciousness of rural middle school students under the background of rural revitalization.
