Investigation On The Cultivation Of Rural Middle School Students’ Awareness Of Rule Of Law In A Town,D County

Since the 19th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has held high the banner of building a socialist country under the rule of law and stressed the need to adhere to the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,build a socialist system of rule of law with Chinese characteristics,build a socialist country under the rule of law and carry forward the socialist spirit of rule of law.Cultivating citizens with awareness of the rule of law is the main basis for comprehensively promoting the rule of law and building a country under the rule of law.It is self-evident that it is important for building a socialist country under the rule of law.The construction of rural rule of law is an important part of the construction of socialist rule of law.China’s rural population is large,and the problem of rural rule of law has always attracted much attention.Rural middle school students are in a semi naive and semi mature period,their subjective understanding is not comprehensive,their social experience is insufficient,and their thoughts are easily influenced and dominated by the outside world.Understanding the current situation and problems of middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law in rural areas and putting forward targeted countermeasures are of great significance to cultivate the awareness of the rule of law of middle school students in rural areas,promote the all-round development of middle school students in rural areas,build a new socialist countryside and build a socialist country under the rule of law.The text is divided into three parts.The first part is the empirical research on the legal consciousness of rural middle school students.It selects middle school students,students’ parents and school teachers in a town of D county to comprehensively understand the current situation of the cultivation of legal consciousness and legal education of middle school students in the form of questionnaire,interview and field visit,and uses professional data analysis and statistical tools to sort out and analyze the collected questionnaire data.The second part analyzes the specific problems existing in the cultivation of middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law in a town of D county through the survey results.The existing problems are summarized from four aspects: school,family,society and students themselves.The third part puts forward targeted Cultivation Countermeasures from the school level,family level,social level and middle school students’ personal level.
