Research On The Cultivation Of Rule Of Law Consciousness Of Rural Junior Middle School Students

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that it should be "promoting the public awareness of rule of law and deepening the propaganda and education of the rule of law" and "integrating the rule of law education into the national education system,focusing on the young people,setting up the rule of law curriculum in primary and secondary schools".So it is very important to strengthen the cultivation of awareness of ruling the country in line with the law in adolescents,which is also inseparable to build a country under the socialist rule of law.Chinese rural population is very large,and the rural rule of law has been concerned as a issue all the time.Rural junior high school students are in a semi-naive,semi-mature period.Also with non-comprehensive subjective understanding,lack of social experience,they are vulnerable to outside influence and domination.In addition,the majority of rural junior high school graduates choose to be back,they are the main force of rural construction.Therefore,it has great significance to strengthen the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in rural junior high school students so that to promote their comprehensive development and build a new socialist countryside and a country under "the socialist rule of law".Under the guidance of the theory of hierarchy and the theory of social learning,with the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,after the field investigation of nine rural junior middle schools in Q city of Shandong province,by taking them as a example,this paper discusses the awareness of the rule of law in rural middle school students from three parts: in the first part,it expounds the main contents of the awareness of the rule of law in rural middle school students,including the awareness of legal authority,the awareness of rights and obligations,the awareness of democratic equality and the awareness of the rights and interests of the rural middle school students in the rural areas.Besides it points out the importance of strengthening the cultivation of awareness of the rule of law for the rural junior high school students themselves,the new socialist countryside and the socialist country ruled by law.In the second part,after explaining the investigation of rural junior middle school students in Q city of Shandong province,this paper focuses on the current situation of legal awareness of junior middle school students in Q city,which is mainly embodied in four aspects: First,their awareness of the legal authority is weak;Second,they focus on the exercise of rights,but ignore the obligation;Third,they own a certain sense of democracy and equality,but lack of ability to express;Fourth,they comply with procedures,but not good at dealing with the problem according to them.The paper has a deep analysis of the reasons of this existing problem from four aspects: school,family,society and rural junior high school students.The third part,from the school,family,society and rural junior high school students themselves,these four angles,it puts forward the strategy of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law of the rural junior high school students.The paper is hoped that the research of the paper could provide a theoretical basis for improving the current situation of the awareness of the rule of law of the rural junior middle school students,and aroused attentions so that to contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the rural junior middle school students and the construction of the country under socialist rule of law.
