Study On The Rule Of Law Education For Senior High School Students Under The Background Of Comprehensove Rule Of Law

The fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee stressed the need to comprehensively promote the rule of law,and put forward the goal of "enhancing the concept of the rule of law among the people and promoting the construction of a law-based society".Under the background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,the rule of law education of high school students is particularly important.The study of the rule of law education of high school students can help solve the problems existing in the current high school students' rule of law education,thus laying a solid foundation for comprehensively promoting the rule of law.The author attempts to take ji 'an city as an example to explore the problems and relevant solutions of the rule of law education for senior high school students under the background of comprehensive rule of law.In the context of comprehensively advancing the rule of law,there are still many problems and challenges in the rule of law education for senior high school students.Legal education for senior high school students is a systematic and complicated project,which cannot be separated from the joint efforts of the country,society,school and family.This paper uses the literature research method to systematically summarize the relevant studies on the rule of law education for senior high school students at home and abroad.On this basis,it sorts out the relationship between the comprehensive rule of law and the rule of law education for senior high school students,and further clarifies the relevant concepts of the comprehensive rule of law and the rule of law education for senior high school students.Adhering to the scientific nature of the academic research,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method,the analysis about the present situation of it high school education under the rule of law,discusses the high school students the importance of the rule of law education and high school students the necessity of the rule of law education,and then from the society of the rule of law education environment,school education,family education of law under the rule of law,and high school students attribution of their four aspects.Among them,the social factor,mainly is the network legal education environment influence and the social environment influence.School education factors:first,educators pay insufficient attention to the rule of law education;second,the school's form of rule of law education is single;third,the level of teachers for highschool students to carry out rule of law education is not high;fourth,the school's rule of law environment.On the premise of clearly grasping the positive experience and deficiency of the rule of law education for senior high school students at home and abroad,the author combined with the practice of the rule of law education in ji 'an city to draw up the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rule of law education for senior high school students.Countermeasures and Suggestions are mainly carried out from five aspects: first,the national level needs to pay attention to the top-level design of legal education;Second,to create a good legal education for high school students in the social environment;Third,give play to the leading role of school education;Fourth,strengthen the basic role of family in the legal education environment of senior high school students;Fifth,high school students need to consciously strengthen the rule of law education,the formation of a multi-educational force,in order to improve the current high school students in the rule of law education problems,as early as possible to achieve the goal of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way.The author hopes to provide some references and suggestions for improving the overall level of law education of high school students in ji 'an.
