Evaluation And Research On Beautiful Rural Construction In Jiangxi Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The realization of the rural revitalization strategy is in the countryside.In 2022,the central government issued the "Rural Construction Action Implementation Plan",and the overall requirement is to build "beautiful villages suitable for work and livability".Beautiful villages can not only provide good living conditions for rural residents,but also achieve the modernization of rural agriculture,rural residents’ near-land job selection,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,etc.,which is the key to achieving rural revitalization.Therefore,in the context of the implementation of rural revitalization,the evaluation of the construction effectiveness of beautiful villages is of significant significance for evaluating and evaluating the implementation of rural revitalization construction actions,summarizing and promoting good experience and good practices in rural construction,and ensuring the long-term effectiveness of rural construction projects.In view of this,this paper evaluates and analyzes the current situation of beautiful rural construction in Jiangxi Province based on the entropy method and grey correlation analysis,so as to explore the way to improve rural construction in Jiangxi Province.Adhering to the principle of scientific,systematic and easy-to-operate measurement,from the aspects of residence and employment of beautiful rural construction,build an evaluation system for the construction of beautiful countryside in Jiangxi Province with 25 indicators including four basic levels of living conditions,living environment,rural industrial development and income and employment.Through the analysis of the data of Jiangxi Province from 2016 to 2020,the trend of beautiful rural construction at the provincial and municipal levels and the differentiation analysis between different regions were obtained.The results show that based on the entropy value method,it is concluded that although the level of beautiful rural construction in Jiangxi Province has increased from 2016 to 2020,the status quo in the initial stage has not changed.The difference in the construction of beautiful villages in northern Gan is significantly greater than that in central and southern Gan and western Ganxi,which means that the status quo of unbalanced and insufficient construction has not changed.Based on the grey correlation analysis,it is concluded that the improvement of rural infrastructure conditions and the improvement of rural industrial chain have positive significance for the improvement of disposable income of rural residents.The construction of beautiful villages in Jiangxi Province can be improved from the following aspects: first,give play to the leading role of the government,deepen the construction of rural infrastructure,improve rural living and living conditions,and upgrade the modernization of agricultural facilities;Second,the integrated development of rural industries should be based on local characteristics,promote the development of agriculture,industry and tourism,and improve the income sources of rural residents through multiple channels;The third is to stimulate the endogenous driving force of rural development,open up the internal circulation of urban and rural areas by cultivating professional farmers in the new era,reforming rural collective industries,and promoting the in-depth development of urban and rural areas,so that the countryside will become a blessed land for villagers to live and work.
