Study On The Living Adaptation Of Relocated Residents In Ethnic Areas

Relocation is one of the main measures in the targeted poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation project,and it is also an effective way to realize the sustainable development of rural society.The relocation project of ethnic areas is an important means to solve the problem of "one side of soil and water,can not live one side of people".With the completion of the relocation project of poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas,the subsequent development problems are gradually revealed.At present,the follow-up development of the relocation community has become an important practical issue,which concerns the survival and development of the relocated residents.The relocated community residents are the endogenous subject to realize the relocation task,and the living adaptation of the relocated community residents is a key issue concerning the "stability" and "prosperity" of the relocated community residents.Therefore,whether to solve the living adaptation problem of the residents in the relocated communities is an important criterion to test whether the relocated areas successfully win the battle against poverty.This paper takes Shiqiaoping resettlement area as an example,combined with the actual case in the field investigation,and uses the theory of social adaptation and life adaptation to study the living adaptation of residents relocated from the resettlement area in ethnic areas.Besides the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes the natural environment and human environment of Shiqiaoping community.The second part mainly studies the living adaptation problems of residents in the resettlement area of Shiqiaoping.The third part mainly starts from three aspects of the living adaptation problems of residents and summarizes the causes of the problems.The fourth part,according to Shiqiaoping relocation centralized resettlement area residents living adaptation problems present countermeasures.The paper believes that in order to solve the living adaptation problem of the relocated residents,it is necessary to start from the perspective of the relocated residents’ political life,economic life and cultural life.The problems of residents’ living adaptation mainly focus on three aspects: political life participation,economic life pressure and cultural life integration.In terms of participation in political life,the main influencing factors are the single way of participation,the weak willingness to participate and the lack of participation mechanism.In terms of the pressure of economic life,the key factors are limited employment options,lagging industrial development and increasing consumption expenditure.In terms of the integration of cultural life,the main reasons are the single information source of residents,their own political literacy is not high,and the management mechanism is not sound.It is believed that the effective solution to the living adaptation problem of relocated residents needs the participation of multiple subjects in society.For the residents themselves,improving their political literacy,increasing employment skills and actively participating in social activities are the key;For the government,strengthening the management function,encouraging independent employment,strengthening the development of cultural and sports activities is the foundation;For social organizations,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,building a common spiritual home is the key.
