Research On Multi-ethnic Inter-embedded Community Governance In My Country’s Minority Areas

On September 27,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Ethnic Unity and Progress Commendation Conference held in Beijing,"We must adapt to this situation,introduce policies,measures and institutional mechanisms that are conducive to building an inter-embedded social structure,and improve ethnic minorities.The floating population service management system promotes the joint construction of beautiful homes and a bright future by all ethnic groups." With the continuous advancement of the urbanization process in ethnic minority areas,the frequency of interaction among residents of various ethnic groups is increasing,which is important for accelerating the pace of urbanization.It is of milestone significance to build a new type of ethnic relationship that is close as a family,sharing weal and woe,and coexisting in harmony.In theory,promoting ethnic inter-embedded community governance will not only help improve the efficiency of community governance in ethnic minority areas,but also help to consolidate the foundation of social stability in ethnic minority areas,and will also help maintain and develop equality,unity and mutual assistance,harmonious ethnic relations with socialism with Chinese characteristics.From a practical point of view,the governance of ethnic inter-embedded communities in ethnic minority areas has achieved considerable results.Party building has led the solid progress of ethnic inter-embedded community governance,the structural model of multiple governance subjects has gradually taken shape,and unique solidarity and friendship activities have been carried out effectively,Harmonious relationship with the community and neighbors.However,the sensitivity and complexity of ethnic relations have brought many uncertain risks and challenges to ethnic inter-embedded community governance,such as the lack of motivation for residents of various ethnic groups to participate in governance,the need to improve the professionalism of community staff,and the mutual The inter-ethnic interaction of the residents of the embedded community is insufficient,the institutional system of ethnic inter-embedded community governance is imperfect,and the channels for ethnic inter-embedded community governance are not perfect.In order to better improve the efficiency of ethnic inter-embedded community governance in ethnic minority areas,it is necessary to strengthen the leading role of grass-roots community party organizations,encourage residents to actively participate in ethnic inter-embedded community governance,and strengthen the construction of professional talent teams for ethnic inter-embedded community governance.To further promote the construction and development of ethnic inter-embedded communities,we should start from five aspects: improving the level of inter-ethnic interaction in ethnic inter-embedded communities,and strengthening the construction of ethnic inter-embedded communities.
