Group Work Involved In The Relocation Of The Elderly From Inhospitable Areas In Ethnic Minority Areas

The policy of relocating poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas is an important part of China’s "five batches" of targeted poverty alleviation projects in the new era.It is an important measure to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and link up rural revitalization.Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is a key ethnic minority area for relocating poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas,and it also actively responds to the national policy of relocating poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas.R County,located in the north of Guangxi,is a state-level key poverty-stricken county with an underdeveloped economy and a large number of poor population,so R County has become the key target of poverty alleviation relocation from inhospitable areas.M community in R County of Guangxi is a multi-ethnic community for poverty alleviation relocated from inhospitable areas.This paper takes the elderly relocated from inhospitable areas in M community as the research object,and studies the social adaptation of the elderly in M community through practical research and combined with professional theoretical knowledge.This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part,The introduction mainly includes the background,significance,literature review,concept definition,theory,research method and innovation points;The second part is to understand the current situation of the social adaptation of the research object through the community situation and the basic situation of the elderly;The third part is to use the semi-structured interview to understand that the social adaptation of the elderly relocated from inhospitable areas in M community mainly has five aspects of family care,community environment,production mode,lifestyle and interpersonal communication;The fourth part is for the above,Through the analysis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the social relationship network theory,It is concluded that the social adaptation needs of the research objects mainly include health care,participation in community adaptation,"old age" and behavior adaptation;The fifth part is the practical process of the group work involved in the relocation of the elderly from inhospitable areas in M community,First of all,in M community,the feasibility analysis of the intervention of the group in the inadaptation and the design and preparation of the group activities,Secondly,carry out 6 group activities for practical intervention,Finally,evaluate the process and results;The sixth part is to conduct professional reflection on the whole group intervention process and put forward corresponding suggestions.By conducting group intervention M community change of poverty alleviation to move the elderly social adaptation process of evaluation,found that team work promoted the M community change of poverty alleviation to move the old man social adaptation ability,and the stability of the help M community harmony,and promote the change of poverty alleviation community to cast the community consciousness of the Chinese nation.
