Employment is a big problem all over the world.The government puts "stable employment" in the first place in 2018.In China,the population size is about 1.4 billion,including 900 million labor force.It is estimated that there will be more than 9 million college graduates in 2021,and the employment problem is even more remarkable.China has a large economy and a large market,the tertiary industry has developed rapidly,creating conditions for the continuous expansion of employment space,and constantly optimizing the environment for entrepreneurship and innovation in recent years.At present,the economic development of China is generally faced with the problem of shortage of talents and young labor force.In order to promote the employment of college graduates,the central and local governments have issued relevant employment policies in recent years to ensure the employment of college graduates.Therefore,it is a great of significance to study the employment policy effect of college graduates at the right time.The article which targets at graduates who work in Xuanwu as well as bases on the Public satisfaction and policy evaluation theories,aims to discover the effect of employment policy on graduates by using literature research methods,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Through research and analysis,this article tries to establish the model that influences the evaluation of graduates’ satisfaction with employment policy by sorting out the related literatures published.The framework is mainly divided into four aspects,namely the policy perception(Expectation and employment policy fit,Employment awareness levels,Professional quality),the policy participants(Agencies and Colleges),the policy system(formulation and propagation,policy implementation)and the policy supports(Public service),which four are taken as the independent variables,on this basis,the research hypothesis is shaped,and the questionnaire is designed to investigate the graduates who are employed in Xuanwu District.Factorial analysis is employed for the dimensionality reduction of the designed items of the questionnaire.Through relativity analysis and regression analysis on the four influential factors and the graduates’ satisfaction with employment policy employment,this paper finds a remarkable relation between the influential factors and the graduates’ satisfaction.Based on the empirical analysis of employment policy satisfaction,the paper concludes that the factors influencing the satisfaction of employment policy are classified according to the importance degree are public service,expectation,formulation and propagation,employment skills,policy implementation,participation of families,professional quality and supports from colleges.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the employment policy of college graduates.
