On The Prevention And Control Countermeasures Of Domestic Violence Crimes

In recent years,the vicious crimes of domestic violence have repeatedly attracted widespread attention from the public.The state has also taken many measures to control domestic violence and control domestic violence,which shows the state’s attitude and attention to the prevention and control of domestic violence crimes.In this paper,the author will analyze 1321 sample judgment documents of domestic violence crimes in China,analyze and study the domestic violence crimes in China,put forward targeted prevention and control countermeasures,and try to build the prevention and control system of domestic violence crimes,to provide reference for the governance of domestic violence crimes.The full text is in total divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of domestic violence crimes.In this part,the relevant concepts are differentiated and clarified,and the characteristics of domestic violence crimes are explained.The second part is based on the analysis of 1321 samples of domestic violence crimes.Through the sample analysis,the characteristics of the crime subject,regional characteristics,related charges and other characteristics of the domestic violence crimes in China are summarized,and the sample analysis is completed.The third part is based on the previous sample analysis,and combined with the relevant literature data,the analysis and summary of the causes of domestic violence in China.It is concluded that the occurrence of domestic violence mainly has three reasons:crime subject,social culture,and judicial practice.The last part,on the basis of the above,puts forward the prevention and control countermeasures of domestic violence crimes in China,and builds the prevention and control system of domestic violence crimes.Firstly,from the perspective of individuals,according to the characteristics of individuals in domestic violence crimes,the paper proposes to establish the correct concept and pay attention to the mental health of individuals;secondly,the suggestions to improve the social prevention and control measures,emphasizing the social organizations should give full play to their role and strengthen the cooperation;according to the criminal judicial policy of domestic violence crimes,and finally proposes the long-term governance mechanism to promote the improvement and implementation of personal safety protection system,and improve the governance system of domestic violence crimes.
