The Status Quo, Prevention And Control Of Domestic Violence Cases Of Kazakhs In My Country

The phenomenon of domestic violence has already gone beyond the scope of "family",and become a cross-national,cross-national existence.Kazak marriage law in our country is a lot of enough to cause family violence phenomenon of bad customs,such as parents arranged marriage,the wife after the death of a spouse were married to her late husband’s brother can cause family conflicts,such as many contradictions evolution family violence,outstanding performance for her husband wife beating,harm,abuse,in extreme cases may even appear serious crimes such as murder.I grew up in altay region of xinjiang where kazak people live in compact communities.I have had a deep understanding of the phenomenon of domestic violence of my ethnic group.It is the painful experience of people around me that urges me to take care of this seemingly ubiquitous problem with a strong sense of curiosity.This paper aims to kazak could cause of domestic violence that exist in the marriage law culture and institutional factors,combined with field investigation of domestic violence cases discussed present situation and characteristics of domestic violence cases happened,analysis its causes,and advances some reduce domestic violence,ease the pain related to crime prevention and control countermeasures.The main body of the article is divided into four parts: the first part firstly describes the situation and characteristics of domestic violence in marriage of kazak nationality in China,and analyzes some typical cases.The second part analyzes the cultural background of domestic violence crime in marriage custom of kazak nationality from the perspective of traditional cultural custom.The third part analyzes the marriage tradition of kazak nationality which is easy to cause domestic violence crime.The fourth part puts forward the measures and strategies to prevent and deal with domestic violence.
