Problem Analysis And Countermeasure Study Of Domestic Violence In Wuhan From The Perspective Of Public Management

Domestic violence is an age-old problem.In China,domestic violence is quite common in marital relations.It causes great damage to the underprivileged class,has harmful impacts on family stability,and induces vicious cases,thus affecting social harmony negatively.Under the circumstances,domestic violence is a hot and difficult problem that cannot be neglected currently.This paper is written logically,firstly raising a problem,secondly analyzing it and finally solving it.The paper consists of an introduction,analysis of the current situation of the problem,and research on countermeasures etc.It synthesizes research results of theories and practices on domestic violence at home and abroad,and defines domestic violence corresponding to China’s realities.Additionally,the paper analyzes manifestations of domestic violence,thus revealing the universality and imperceptibility of such phenomena.The paper compares prevention and remedy measures in western countries and points out problems and deficiency in prevention and prohibition of domestic violence in Hubei Wuhan.Having summarized local practices and international experience,the paper puts forward suggestions on countermeasures for preventing and controlling domestic violence in Wuhan,including perfecting the pluralist co-governance system,strengthening the working mechanism against domestic violence,and enhancing women’s qualities,etc.The paper endeavors to present significant points through specific things,mainly to offer reference to help prevent and stop domestic violence in our country.The paper has five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,briefly narrating background,significance and the current situation of research on domestic violence at home abroad.The second chapter is about basic concepts and theories,mainly discussing the definition of domestic violence,the preventing and controlling mechanism and relevant theoretical knowledge.The third chapter describes the current situation of domestic violence in Wuhan and its causes.This part presents a data survey,highlighting the public’s current recognition of domestic violence and analyzing existing problems.The fourth chapter presents intervening measures in foreign countries.This part mainly analyzes the typical practices against domestic violence in western countries such as the UK and the USA,and demonstrates enlightenment they give.The fifth chapter comes up with suggestions on how to cope with domestic violence,endeavoring to research on the countermeasures and improve effects of prevention and remedy of domestic violence,in this way creating pluralist co-governance and promoting regional harmony and stability.
