Analysis And Response To The Evolution Of Public Opinion In Public Health Emergencies

In recent years,public health emergencies have occurred frequently in China.The occurrence of health emergencies not only seriously jeopardize physical and mental health of Chinese people,but also brought serious damage to the country’s public security,economic development,image of a major power and many other aspects.Because Due to the special attributes of public health emergencies kind of special event attributes,so the emergencies will often draw attention from various aspects.It was so typical in current information age.The emergence and popularity of the Internet facilitates faster spread and wider coverage to the information,but also magnifies the negative effects from those fake and vague news,sparks knock-on effects,and further provoke the firestorm of public opinion.Not only they will have bad influences on the treatment to such incidents,but lay danger to social stability and stable situation.With the rise of Weibo,We Chat and other social media platforms,the public opinions relatively concentrated in new media environment.Once a social event breaks out,relevant reports,comments and other contents come to birth on such platforms in the first time,and go viral,forming a huge online public opinion field in a short time.However,owing to the large and scattered number of participants and information flooding,they have greatly challenged the management of public opinion.Based on it,this paper selects the Covid-19 epidemic as a typical case and takes Weibo as the carrier to analyze the evolution process of public opinions on Weibo in the wake of the outbreak of Covid-19 epidemic,with the content studying the information release mechanism,text content and other dimensions,identifying the shortcomings of each subject,and putting forward corresponding upgrading suggestions.This article paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter One is the introduction.Chapter Two is the concept elaboration and theoretical basis.Chapter Three is the study process,i.e.the overall data analysis of Covid-19 outbreak events.The outbreak of Covid-19 went through long time span,so this paper focuses on the initial stage of the outbreak.In accordance with the theory of crisis spread in four stages,12 weibo accounts involved Covid-19 outbreak content and comments were crawled as analysis samples,mainly researching the government,the media,opinion leaders and other three subjects of public opinion in public opinion change behavior characteristics of four stages.Chapter 4 analyzes the deficiencies and problems of public opinion subjects in the guidance of public opinion with data research.Chapter5 puts forward some constructive suggestions on the basis of the previous analysis.
