Study On Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Female Detainees In Detention Center

With the development of China’s economy,more and more women break away from simple family life and participate in social and economic life.Compared with men,women are still in a relatively inferior position in terms of education,employment,marriage,social status and income.In the face of the complex social environment,some women can not correctly grasp themselves due to their own reasons,family reasons,social and other reasons.In order to meet their private desires,they do not hesitate to gamble on life,personality and dignity and slide into the abyss of crime.In recent years,women’s participation in illegal crimes has gradually become a practical problem that can not be ignored.The number of female detainees in detention centers is also increasing year by year,and shows the characteristics of diversified distribution of age and crime types.However,women have natural particularity in physiology and psychology,which puts forward specific requirements for the management of detention centers.The management of female detainees has always been a problem that is easy to be ignored and assimilated.Since China has long been a male dominated society,women are relatively few in terms of crime and criminal punishment.Therefore,the management of female detainees is also similar to that of men.There are some common problems,such as insufficient police force,heavy workload,high pressure,lack of specialization,and few exploration and research on the management of female detainees.All these have led to the need to further study and improve the management of female detainees in modern regulatory places.This thesis through to a detention center female detainees current management system and management mode were analyzed,and the women’s prison detainees with L city jail management present situation as the research object,trying to find out the current problems existing in the management and analysis problems of reason,to find the countermeasures to solve the problem,by wisdom prisons(center)construction,More rational management of female detainees,strengthening standardization management body configuration and systematic professional training,perfecting the supervision mechanism construction to solve practical problems,such as to provide a solid guarantee for the legitimate rights and interests of female detainees,more scientific and reasonable management,ensuring the safety of custody,and ensure that are able to carry out relevant criminal lawsuit activity smoothly.
