Research On The Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Juvenile Detainees In Detention Center Of Z City

At present,the management education work of detention centers still has the problem that the management level and management ability do not match the new characteristics of juvenile detainees in the new period,such as psychology,behavior,and ideological cognition,and the discipline and education of juvenile detainees is not supported by an independent and mature system,which cannot meet the needs of accurate and effective management education for juvenile detainees in the new period,let alone achieve the purpose of reforming and reforming.In practice,because juvenile detainees are a group with special legal,psychological,and social concerns,detention centers have a more urgent need for the supervision of juvenile detainees and the prevention of reoffending.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the management of juvenile detainees,help juvenile detainees get out of the misunderstanding of the law,enhance the concept of the rule of law and awareness of law-abiding,let them correct their mistakes from the bottom of their hearts,and bear the punishment of illegal crimes,effectively reducing their probability of re-offending and from minor crimes to serious crimes.This article is divided into seven parts.Part I: Introduction.About the background and significance of this research,the current status of research at home and abroad,research content and methods,and innovative points.Part II: An overview of the relevant theories of juvenile detainees is explained,clarifying the basic connotation,content,necessity and target requirements of juvenile detainees;Part III: Current Situation of Management of Juvenile Detainees,analyzes the basic situation and main management measures of juvenile detainees in the Z City Detention Center.Part IV: Analysis of Problems and Causes in the Management of Juvenile Detainees in Detention Centers.Combined with questionnaire surveys and interviews,this paper analyzed and studied the problems and reasons for the frequent occurrence of "mixed management and mixed detention","heavy management and light education",weak transformation effect,and lagging supervision team construction in the management process of juvenile detainees in Z City detention center.Part V: Experience in the management of juvenile offenders at home and abroad.The experience and reference of juvenile offender management at home and abroad were collected and summarized.Part VI: Improve countermeasures for the management of juvenile detainees in detention centers.This part is the core and key part of the paper,and combined with the investigation conducted in this paper,suggestions are put forward for implementing the "separate management and custody" system,adhering to the "equal emphasis on discipline and education",and strengthening the construction of the correctional team.Part VII: Summary and outlook for this research.
