Research On The Optimization Of Statistical Data Quality Management Of Y City Government

In recent years,the government and statistical institutions of Y City have paid more attention to the quality management of statistical data and strengthened the control of data quality.However,the public’s satisfaction with data quality still needs to be improved.In order to ensure that the statistical data objectively,truthfully and comprehensively reflect the economic and social development and provide better services for all sectors of the society,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the optimization management of the statistical data quality of Y City Government from the perspective of the government.Through a comprehensive introduction to the current situation of statistical data quality management in Y City,this paper,based on the current situation and under the guidance of the basic principles of statistics and the theory of total quality management,uses interviews and questionnaires to investigate the producers and users of statistical data respectively,through thinking,research and analysis,finds the existing problems,and correctly explains the causes,And put forward the optimization plan for the statistical data quality management of Y city government.The main problems in the current government statistical management of Y City lie in the quality control of source data products,data measurement standards,management system and statistical service management.The reason is that the management system is not perfect,the business ability needs to be strengthened,the one-sided performance evaluation and the information level are insufficient.In view of the above problems and causes,the paper designs the optimization scheme after determining the optimization objectives and principles.The plan is optimized from three aspects: organization management,personnel allocation and process system.These three aspects complement each other,and the implementation of the plan is guaranteed to provide theoretical support and basis for the Y municipal government to strengthen the ability of statistical data quality management.It is expected to effectively improve the quality of government statistical data.On the one hand,it can provide more powerful data support for government decision-making,on the other hand,it can improve the credibility of government statistical work,and further serve the government and all sectors of society with data.
