Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Correction Work In R County Judicial Office

Community correction is an important aspect of perfecting the state social management system and an important measure to carry out the state management of special groups such as the objects of community correction,there is a new era of socialist rule of law as a new concept of innovative development as the driving force.Its management concept of the target of correction is in line with the trend of the development of punishment from strict to lenient,and its non-custodial law enforcement system fully reflects the economic and humanitarian requirements of punishment,it can not only effectively reduce the cost of prison penalty execution,reasonable allocation of social resources,more conducive to the prevention of cross-infection of criminals,reduce the rate of social recidivism.The Place of management of the corrective object shall be set up in the community,and the Judicial Institute shall be the leading one,and the social force shall be used to help the corrective object return to the society through supervision,education,guidance and other forms of management,it conforms to the requirements of multi-governance for co-governance and sharing,and vigorously maintains social security,stability and sound development.As the concrete executive organ of community correction,the judicial institute plays an important role in promoting the whole community correction work,and regulates the Judicial Institute’s correction work,it is of great significance to promote the reform of the penal system,the popularization of law and the modernization of the country’s governing capacity.This paper studies the problems and countermeasures of the Community Correction Work of the R County Judicial Institute,using the method of Literature Research and field investigation,to understand the working mechanism,working subjects,working measures and other aspects of the Community Correction Work of the R County Judicial Institute,on the basis of studying the relevant laws and regulations of community correction,according to the theory of social defense,the theory of New Public Service and the theory of community multi-governance,and combining the development course of community correction work in China,according to the development of community correction work in R County Judicial Institute,this paper sums up the existing problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,draws lessons from foreign advanced experience,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting community correction work in R county.Through investigation and research,it is found that the community correction work of the R county judicial institute has made great progress,but there are still some problems,mainly manifested in the imperfect working mechanism,the uncooperative working subject,and the single supervision mode,the causes of these problems are various,mainly the legal system of community correction is not detailed enough,the management team is weak,the corrective management measures extensive.In view of the existing problems and the reasons,the R county judicial institute must further promote the community correction work on the basis of drawing on the excellent experience,make great efforts to do the following work:first,innovate the working mechanism;Third,we will improve the way we work.
