Problems And Countermeasures Existing In Community Correction Work

Community correction work has been carried out in China for nearly 20 years,and some achievements have been made in promoting grassroots social governance.With the introduction of the Community Correction Law of the People’s Republic of China in recent years,the community correction work has been implemented with laws to follow,which provides a legal guarantee for the smooth development of the community correction work,but there are still some difficulties and problems in the practical work.Especially in the current background of social governance innovation in China,the research of community correction work,and gradually optimize the mode of community correction work,effectively improve the quality of community correction,on the one hand,to help promote the innovation of community correction work,on the other hand,also for grassroots social governance In probation,parole,control and temporary execution outside prison to provide reference and reference.Since 2004,Y District of Zaozhuang City,as the county(district)of the first batch of community correction pilot in Shandong Province,has carried out community correction work for nearly 18 years,especially since the national community correction work was fully rolled out in 2009,and has formed a relatively sound community correction work operation mechanism with the characteristics of Y District,which has certain typical representativeness.This paper takes advantage of the author’s work convenience in community correction institutions,selects the community work in Area Y as a sample for analysis,and uses the literature research method,case interview method and participatory observation method Line of data collection and related data,through the analysis of Y area community correction personnel,found that community correction object mostly young adults,men and the overall low degree,and combined with the current Y area community correction work mode summary analysis,and on this basis put forward the relevant improvement countermeasures and Suggestions,Through research,the paper found that the current community correction work in the Y district has achieved certain results,such as the gradual improvement of community correction leadership and working mechanism,the gradual improvement of law enforcement standardization construction,the continuous innovation of the supervision mode of community correction objects,and the innovation of "smart correction" with the help of "big data".However,with the continuous development of economic and social development in Y District and the gradual improvement of supporting laws,we still face some prominent problems,such as community correction law enforcement team construction lag,imperfect coordination mechanism,insufficient participation of social forces and the socialization effect is not obvious.From this,this article is from Collaborative governance theory and social ecological theory as a theoretical basis,put forward to strengthen the construction of community correction team,fully integrate community correction resources,strengthen community correction public opinion propaganda and guide social participation,etc.,to form the community correction agency,public security,procuratorial,court departments,social forces to participate in the collaborative governance of good situation,to promote the further development of community correction work.
