The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Informatization Construction In Chengdu United Front Work Department

In recent years,our country has pay high attention to the construction of government informatization.The construction of electronic party affairs and e-government affairs has become the main content of government informatization construction,and the informatization of united front work is also an important part of electronic party affairs.At present,the internal structure of the united front is unprecedentedly complex,the task of reform,development and stability is unprecedentedly heavy,the number of contradictions,risks and challenges is unprecedented,and the exchange of diverse ideas and cultures is unprecedented.It is increasingly difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the situation simply by relying on traditional working methods and means.Strengthen the informatization construction of the United Front Department,and give full play to the role of information technology in the amplification,superposition and multiplication of United Front business development,which is conducive to the construction of a large United Front digital pattern and a large United Front work pattern,and helps the high-quality development of United Front work.This paper takes the informatization construction of the United Front Work Department in Chengdu as the research object,mainly by summarizing the current situation of the informatization construction of the United Front Work Department in Chengdu,discussing and studying the deficiencies and causes of the informatization construction of the United Front Work Department in Chengdu,and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions as references for the further development of the informatization construction of the United Front Work Department in Chengdu.The paper mainly adopts the method of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey to investigate and research the current situation of the information construction of the United Front Work Department in Chengdu from four aspects: infrastructure construction,portal website and new media construction,government service system construction,and maintenance and security construction.Through the analysis of the results of interviews and questionnaires,it is found that some difficulties currently faced by the informatization construction of the United Front Work Department in Chengdu are mainly reflected in the imperfect infrastructure construction,the low serviceability of website and new media construction,and the low application rate of government service systems.After careful analysis,it is found that these problems are mainly caused by the lack of multi-party participation in the preliminary construction,the deviation of the public service concept within the department,and the imperfect system construction.In response to these problems,combined with the public management knowledge learned,specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as improving the information construction infrastructure,improving the serviceability of the United Front Work Department website and new media,improving the application rate of the government service system,and establishing and improving the information construction guarantee system,so that to provide intellectual support for improving the information construction level of the United Front Work Department in Chengdu.
