In public health emergencies,information technologies such as big data and cloud computing are commonly used for joint prevention and control,but they also increase the security risk of personal information,and incidents of personal information leakage occur repeatedly.In order to protect the security of personal information in public health emergencies,firstly,the challenges of personal information protection in public health emergencies are studied to clarify the definition and characteristics of public health emergencies,introduce the characteristics of personal information in public health emergencies such as high sensitivity,wide range,and comprehensive legal interests,explain the uses of collecting personal information,point out that the use of personal information has the necessity and cannot reduce the use but can only do a good job of protection,and the challenge is essentially a conflict between personal interests and public interests.Next,the cases of infringement of personal information are used as an entry point to analyze the problems of protecting personal information.Finally,according to the problems,countermeasures to do a good job of protecting personal information in public health emergencies are proposed.We need to follow the principles of personal information protection,regulate the whole process of collecting and utilizing personal information by information collection subjects,implement corresponding measures in the information collection stage,storage stage,disclosure stage and remedy after being infringed,and identify specialized agencies for protecting personal information to take the lead,with a view to achieving a reasonable protection of personal information in public health emergencies.Figure 0;Table 1;Reference 52...
