Research On The Rules Of Personal Information Utilization In Public Health Emergency Response

In this paper,the methods of comparative research and literature research are used to sort out the problems existing in the legal regulation and practice of personal information utilization in China’s public health emergencies,to explore the balance between personal information utilization and protection in China’s public health emergencies,and to draw lessons from the experience of the European Union,the United States and other foreign countries,to put forward the construction path of personal information utilization rules in China’s public health emergencies,with a view to establishing a long-term mechanism for the safe and orderly utilization of personal information in China’s public health emergencies,and to contribute to the global public health emergencies.
