| With the accelerating process of the rule of law in China,the issue of human rights protection in detention centers continues to receive attention,and the management methods and means of detention centers are also constantly changing towards normalization and rule of law.In order to meet the requirements of high-quality development of social organizations,the detention center is constantly exploring innovative management methods,improving management systems,innovating working mechanisms,ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of detainees through scientific management means and civilized law enforcement methods,and ensuring the safety and stability of the prison.This is the most direct embodiment of the improvement of the management efficiency of the detention center,and also a strong support for promoting social fairness and justice,and maintaining social stability.This paper conducts a case study on the improvement of the management efficiency of Wuhai Detention Center in Inner Mongolia through questionnaire and interview,focusing on the four management efficiency index systems of Wuhai Detention Center’s refined management effectiveness,police management effectiveness,performance assessment and evaluation effectiveness,and detention center’s informatization and intelligent application effectiveness,designing questionnaire and interview content,and analyzing and summarizing the improvement of police’s work efficiency in the management process,The transformation of management achievements is to understand the factors that affect the work efficiency of the police,analyze the relevant factors that restrict the improvement of the management efficiency of the detention center in Wuhai City by summarizing the current situation of the improvement of the management efficiency of the detention center in Wuhai City,analyze the causes of the problems that affect the improvement and transformation of the management efficiency of the detention center in Wuhai City,and propose the countermeasures for optimization and improvement.In the management process of Wuhai detention center,there are many problems related to insufficient efficiency transformation,including the lack of refined dynamic management,the lack of close coordination between post police,the lack of information and intelligent integration of smart prison,and the limitation of supervision and assessment subjects.In view of the specific problems,analyze the reasons,including the lack of continuous analysis and improvement of refined management,the lack of coordination mechanism between the police and the detention center,the imperfect intelligent system of the intelligent detention center,and the inadequate supervision and assessment function of the detention center.Through continuous optimization of top-level design,pay attention to the construction of the coordination mechanism of the civilian police team in the detention center,promote the informatization and intelligent application level of the intelligent prison,strengthen supervision,improve assessment and other measures to optimize and improve,so as to achieve the effect of continuous improvement of management efficiency. |
