Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Grid Governanc

Under the background of modernization and urbanization,the social structure of our country is in an important period of transformation,and the problems faced by social governance are becoming more complex and diversified.The rural revitalization strategy takes "urban-rural integration" as its core goal,and promotes the national new-type urbanization construction process from the institutional level.However,the current mode of rural governance has hindered the rapid development of rural areas and is not conducive to stimulating the sustainable development momentum of rural areas.In order to resolve rural social contradictions,improve the rural grassroots social governance mechanism,deepen the rural strategy to press the "fast forward key",rural grid governance came into being.After a brief introduction of village,grid,grass-roots social governance and other related concepts,this paper expounds the basic mechanism of rural grid governance,taking Changshou Township as an example,to discuss the results achieved in the process of rural grid governance and the existing problems.Finally,the causes of the problems in the governance process are analyzed.In view of the problems and causes of rural grid governance,the countermeasures of grid governance such as perfecting rural social governance system,optimizing grid team construction,unblocking grid operation mechanism and invigorating rural resources are put forward.Comprehensively improving the grid governance mechanism is an important step in realizing the rural revitalization strategy and the cornerstone of consolidating social governance at the community level.Only by continuing to promote rural grid governance,can we better activate rural endogenous dynamic vitality,improve grassroots social governance,and implant "accelerator" for sustainable rural development.
