Grass-roots governance is the cornerstone of national governance,the grass-roots governance of the country can be good governance.Under the unified deployment of the Party and the country,through continuous exploration and practice by the basic government,the concept of grid governance has gradually become a consensus,and the grid governance system has initially taken shape,The role of grid governance has been continuously enhanced,and grassroots governance grids have gradually become an important window for serving the masses and a leading position for maintaining social stability.In recent years,grid governance in Zone J focuses on the participation of the whole people,global coverage,network connectivity,and effective services.Efforts have been made to establish a "all factor" grid,a "big linkage" platform,a "big integration" system,and a "big service" system,with Initial results.However,due to the unsmooth system,insufficient allocation of grid power,inadequate work architecture,and insufficient top-level design,grid governance has not yet met the standards and requirements for public,refined,and collaborative governance.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the problems and countermeasures of the grid governance of j-zone in Yangzhou for improving the grid governance level of J-zone and strengthening the foundation of national governance.This article,based on the new public management theory,refined management theory,and collaborative governance theory,uses literature analysis,field investigation methods,and case study methods,and on the basis of consulting a large number of literature and authoritative documents,first analyzes the current situation of grid governance in Zone J,pointing out the lack of coordination mechanisms,lack of personnel support,and low efficiency of grid operation,Insufficient application of grid data.Secondly,the causes of these problems are analyzed.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for grid governance in Zone J:increase the overall planning of grid governance,strengthen the construction of grid personnel team,improve the operational efficiency of grid,improve grid based intelligent applications.It is hoped that this paper can provide decision-making reference for the relevant departments of grid governance to improve the grid governance level of j-zone in Yangzhou,and it will also promote the pilot work of improving the modernization of municipal governance and further promoting the modernization of regional governance systems and governance capabilities.
