Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Cultural Service Supply In Dujiangyan

Since China entered an aging society in 2000,the problem of elderly care has become increasingly pronounced.The aging population and their diversifiedneeds have put forward new requirements for elderly care.Traditional family elderly caresystem and the socialized care model based on household,community and institution can no longer meet the needs of those who aspire for more habitable areas for elderly care.According to the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan,“we should accelerate the coordinated development of elderly care and the elderly care industry,cultivate new forms of elderly care,and create an elderly care service system that combines medical care and health care.” The national strategy clarifies the direction forthe development of our country’s aging cause and the promotion of the elderly care services in the next stage.In addition,local governments at all levels have been exploring ways to address the problem of elderly care.Currently,as people’s lives have been significantly improved,older people’s concept of elderly care has changed,makingtourism elderly care anincreasingly popular choice.How to make tourismelderly care more scientific,regulated,superior,and humane? It is particularly important to meet the actual needs of the elderly people in general.Dujiangyan,a tourist city with its unique advantages,has attracted a large amount of elderly people across China to live a different life after retirement featuring tourism and health care.Based on this,the local government has formulated several elderly care-related policies and plans,and worked to attractinvestment.Although certain achievements have been made,much more remains to be done to establish a tourism elderly care system that is in line with the actual needs of the elderly people.Given the actual situation of tourism elderly care development in Dujiangyan city,supported by public goods theory,public governance theory,“successful population aging” theory,etc.,this thesis studies the tourism elderly care in Dujiangyancity through literature research,comparative analysis,and field investigation.On the basis of questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews,this thesis conductssystematic research on the tourism elderly care in Dujiangyan city,and carries out an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems.Based on practical experience at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Dujiangyancity to further develop tourism elderly care services,in order to provide reference for the elderly care system innovation in Sichuan province and across the country,so that“successful population aging” can be ultimately realized.
