With the continuous promotion of the construction of service-oriented government,the importance of human resource management decisions in the tax system becomes more and more prominent,and the study of civil servants’ job satisfaction also has a new development.At present,for job satisfaction research abroad has been mature,also achieved some results,but because our country and abroad have a completely different culture background and environment,foreign theoretical achievements,may not fully applicable to the domestic research,but in human resources management,decision-making and research will also be able to provide certain theoretical reference for domestic study.The research on job satisfaction in China is later than that in foreign countries,and the corresponding research results are also different due to different social environments.Focusing on the job satisfaction of young cadres in the tax system and analyzing its influencing factors,the survey results can be used as a basis for the human resource management department to formulate policies and systems,combined with the performance management work of the unit,which has certain significance.This paper adopts the method of literature research,field interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The object of this research is the young cadres of T tax system.Firstly,the research results of job satisfaction at home and abroad are sorted out and the relevant theories of job satisfaction are summarized.Secondly,field interviews were used to collect and screen influencing factors for part of the respondents,and a questionnaire was designed based on the main influencing factors and scales in the previous research conclusions.Then the formal questionnaire was distributed and collected for reliability and validity analysis.According to the data,the identification degree of the overall job satisfaction of young cadres in T tax system is3.73,which is between uncertainty and identification,and closer to identification.Seven personal factors such as gender,age,political status,educational background,tax working years,position and rank have no significant influence on job satisfaction.Finally,combined with psychological factors,work environment and social support in three dimensions of low satisfaction factors to analyze the existing problems and reasons,and pay attention to cadre emotion management,strengthen the joint construction of tax enterprises;Further improve leadership,motivate cadres to play their own;The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of young cadres in T tax system from four aspects:focusing on knowledge and skill training,perfecting management mode and performance appraisal system,and implementing effective incentive mechanism. |
