Talent is the key to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,especially the young rural cadres.The report put forward the Party’s 19 "found in young cadres,pay attention to where a line at the grass-roots level and difficult hard exercise training young cadres,continuous selection using after practice test of outstanding young cadres",youth village and township cadres as the mainstay of rural grass-roots work,is one of the important groups of promoting rural revitalization strategy.In order to better understand the current status of Guangdong youth township cadres,and intent to stay on a questionnaire survey was conducted in 21 cities of Guangdong province,aimed at young township and village cadres to Guangdong province have a comprehensive understanding and macro,then put forward some proposals and measures to improve youth township cadres,the intent to stay to make due contribution to rural revitalization.In this paper,questionnaire survey,exploratory factor analysis and binary logit regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of the retention intention of young rural cadres in Guangdong province.The research shows that: the higher the satisfaction of working environment and atmosphere,the more willing to stay on;The higher the degree of support from family members,the stronger the willingness to stay on;However,in the pearl river delta region,family members’ indifference and opposition have no significant influence on their willingness to stay on.Young township cadres who had received spiritual rewards and satisfied basic personal consumption needs were more willing to stay in office,but the significance of spiritual rewards on retention intention in the pearl river delta region was lower than that in non-pearl river delta region.In view of the problems existing in the current work of young township cadres in Guangdong province and the factors that may affect their willingness to stay,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.We will further strengthen public opinion guidance,improve basic safeguards and strengthen incentives.We will further improve the salary system,broaden the channels for promotion of grassroots cadres in towns and townships,create favorable working conditions and atmosphere,establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism,and implement paid leave,vacation adjustment and fault-tolerant mechanisms. |
