| In the full of change and competition in the 21 st century,the leadership qualities has become one of modern citizens’ essential qualities.Young pioneers cadres in leadership contains comprehensive quality and ability,with our country the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)of the total strategy of focusing on improving students’ national service people’s sense of social responsibility,the enterprising innovation spirit and strong practical ability of solving the problem of target is consistent,the young pioneers of leadership research and cultivate modern citizens and school moral education is closely related to the construction of the young pioneers cadres and the establishment of training objectives has important significance.In this paper,based on the theory of leadership related to leadership status quo as the research content,the young pioneers cadres in leadership of the young pioneers cadres on the basis of existing research present situation and influencing factors of the young pioneers cadres leadership analysis and attempts to put forward the young pioneers cadres in urumqi leadership the real path of ascension.First of all,through the questionnaire survey and interview method,the use of Leadership Skills Inventory(Leadership Skills Inventory,LSI),found that the young pioneers cadres in urumqi Leadership overall level is higher,the Leadership in all dimensions of scores from high to low sequence are teamwork,self-understanding,decision-making,communication and Leadership Skills,including the young pioneers cadres in urumqi in teamwork,self-understanding,decision-making dimension and communication on the above 4 points,show a good level and below 4 points on the Leadership Skills shows on the Leadership Skills to improve;Second,using interview method to analysis is performed to explore a cadre of young pioneers for their leadership cognitive education,family education and school factors influence the development of the leadership;Finally,combined with the related factors influencing the young pioneers cadres leadership from themselves,family and school three aspects promote leadership cadre of young pioneers.First,the young pioneers cadres themselves,should strengthen the leadership of relevant data and information reading,infiltration in the family leadership knowledge and basic skills of learning and the value with the teachers’ guide to strengthen self-awareness,improve leadership cadre of young pioneers leadership level;Second,family education environment leadership promoted way from the young pioneers cadres of the democratic breeding way,create a loose and harmonious family atmosphere and parents attaches great importance to the leadership development change education idea;Finally,cadre of young pioneers school education environment leadership promotion way to build a good relationship between teachers and students,the teacher leading set an example to peer education to build good partner relationship and young pioneers cadres to set an example to pay attention to play the subjectivity practice activity as the carrier,experiential education as an important means in sight. |
