Research On Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Rural Public Service In Guanghan City

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have vigorously promoted the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural public service is not only an important guarantee of farmers’ life,but also an important driving force to promote rural economic development.It is an effective way to promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy to vigorously develop rural public services and make up for the shortage of rural public services.Therefore,it is very important to investigate the residents’ satisfaction and its influencing factors of rural public service,to investigate the farmers’ satisfaction of rural public service demand,and to evaluate the current situation of rural public service and the effect of policy implementation.Based on the field survey in five towns of Guanghan City,Sichuan Province,using the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,factor analysis and ordered multi classification logistic regression model,this thesis analyzes the satisfaction of rural residents in Guanghan City and its influencing factors.Finally,it analyzes the supply strategy,village committee construction,market mechanism,democracy Participation and other aspects of the development of rural public services in Guanghan put forward policy recommendations.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Guanghan rural residents have a higher overall satisfaction with rural public services.More than 70% of the rural residents in Guanghan City were satisfied with the rural public service.Specifically,all kinds of rural public services are listed in the descending order of satisfaction score as basic education,medical and health care,social security,road traffic,domestic waste treatment,culture and sports,economic and employment services,social security,drinking water facilities,farmland and water conservancy facilities,ecological environment,agricultural technology promotion and training,government affairs publicity and public participation.In general,all kinds of satisfaction reflect the problems and shortcomings of local public services to varying degrees.There is a certain space for the overall satisfaction and all kinds of satisfaction to rise.(2)From the perspective of influencing factors of public service satisfaction of rural residents in Guanghan City,road traffic,basic education,medical and health care,economic and employment services,culture and sports,domestic waste treatment,and social security have a greater impact on the overall public service satisfaction;ecological environment,social security,agricultural technology promotion and training,farmland and water conservancy facilities,drinking water facilities,and Politics Public affairs and public participation have a significant impact on the overall public service satisfaction,but the impact is general;while the six personal characteristics of education,age,whether engaged in agricultural production,number of families,gender and monthly income have no significant impact on the overall public service satisfaction.The above conclusions show that the local rural residents’ demand for public services presents a certain level and stage,which provides a reference for the government to formulate public service policies.The innovations of this thesis are:(1)In terms of research methods,factor analysis method is adopted,and an orderly multi classification logistic regression model is constructed to conduct empirical research on rural public service satisfaction,which complements the existing research on public service satisfaction.(2)In the perspective of research,the research area in the current related research is concentrated in the national,provincial and municipal level.Guanghan City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Deyang City,focusing on the county(city,district)level.
