| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has led the entire Party and the people of all ethnic groups in strengthening themselves with confidence,upholding integrity and making innovations,and advancing the five-pronged overall plan and the four-Pronged comprehensive strategic plan in a coordinated manner,thus making great achievements in building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Entering the new era,leading the new normal and implementing the new concept have put forward higher requirements for the party’s leadership and development,and it is urgent to train and select a number of outstanding cadres with strong political,professional and theoretical skills.If we do a good job of training young cadres,the ranks of Party cadres will remain young and energetic forever,and there will be strong organizational guarantees for achieving these goals and tasks.Much way based on the study of literature,discussion and questionnaire on the spot analysis,combining the current research status both at home and abroad,and young cadres related definition and theoretical basis for the system analysis,first of all,from the young cadres training related policy,the concrete measures of training the composition,characteristics,analyzes the status of young cadres training,Secondly,from the objective aspect,organizational background,objective environment,their own factors and other aspects of the system analysis of the problems and causes in the training process of young cadres,the main problems are insufficient reserve of outstanding leading cadres,young cadres of uneven overall quality,promotion channels are not smooth young cadre loss serious,etc.The author puts forward some reasons,such as incomplete construction of young cadre training system,insufficient emancipation of thought,single training means,error tolerance and error correction and imprecise care and encouragement.On the basis of the above research and in combination with the current situation of F City,it is proposed that in terms of improving the cultivation mechanism of young cadres,the cultivation consciousness of young cadres should be set up,the objectives and tasks of cultivation should be clarified,the cultivation plan for young cadres should be formulated,and the responsibility implementation system of global linkage should be established.In the aspect of continuously strengthening the education and training of young cadres,we should broaden the selection of excellent talents,strengthen ideological and political construction,strengthen training and education,and strengthen practical exercise.In the scientific optimization of supervision and evaluation of young cadres,strengthening supervision and management of young cadres,highlighting the care for young cadres,improve the evaluation of young cadres and other opinions and suggestions. |
