Research On The Problems And Strategies Of Local Government Network Public Opinion Response

In the context of the Internet age,the space for network public opinion is getting bigger and bigger,with the continuous popularization of intelligent mobile terminals,the Internet has become the main venue for the public to speak out.The frequency and scope of public opinion are greatly affected.Local government network public opinion has faced new challenges.If network public opinion is properly handled,local governments can establish a good government image.Improper handling of network public opinion may lead to multiple fermentation of public opinion and reduce the credibility of the government.For local governments,network public opinion response has become an indispensable compulsory course.From the perspective of public management,this paper uses a variety of research methods to study the response of local government network public opinion.Firstly,a brief introduction to the significance of the topic and the research background is given,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on network public opinion are sorted out.Secondly,it expounds the basic concepts,characteristics and theories.According to the life cycle theory,this paper analyzes the network public opinion.Thirdly,analyze the current situation of local government network public opinion response,and use some examples to prove it.Afterwards,Take the event of "giving birth to eight children in Fengxian County" and the event of students’ nutritious meals in Fengqiu as examples,To explore the problems existing in the response of local governments to online public opinion,they are mainly the low level of information disclosure,inaccurate grasp of public opinion trend,insufficient public opinion monitoring,poor communication channels,lack of public opinion guidance,and low network sensitivity.The analysis of the reasons for these problems is mainly due to the lack of information disclosure ability,the lack of perfect research and judgment mechanism,the weak public opinion monitoring ability,the imperfect communication mechanism,the weak public opinion guidance ability,and the insufficient professional ability of public officials in the process of responding to online public opinion.Finally,This paper provides strategies for local governments to deal with network public opinion.These measures are to improve the working mechanism,optimize the supervision mode,disclose information at a high level through multiple channels,strengthen the construction of talent team and strengthen the management of the media industry.
