| The national statistical data is an important basis for a country to make development plans,policies and regulations,and plays an important role in the development of a country.The grass-roots statistical work is the key source of national statistical work.The basic-level government statistical data is also an important source of national statistical data.Therefore,the management level of the statistical-data quality of the grass-roots government,to a great extent,determines the level of the national statistical data quality.This article selects B Street in Shandong province as a case.Through the method of interview research,this paper interviews the statistical staff of the government,enterprises and village(residential)statistical filers.In this paper,the status quo of B Street statistics is analyzed.Combined with the total quality management theory,stakeholder theory and other relevant theories,summed up the B Street in the statistical data quality management problems.Analysis of the causes of the problem,and propose solutions to the proposal.Firstly,the paper makes clear the relevant concepts and theories needed in this research.Combined with the current work of B Street in improving the level of statistical data quality management,the status quo of statistical data quality management of B Street is analyzed.Then,this paper deeply analyzes the problems of B Street in statistical data quality and the causes of the problems.Finally,this paper puts forward to solve the above problems and further improve the level of statistical data quality management countermeasures and suggestions.It includes optimizing the statistical management system,strengthening the construction of the statistical team,optimizing the working methods and strengthening the motivation of the statistical objects.I hope that it can provide reference and reference for improving the statistical data quality of grass-roots government in our country. |
