| With the continuous promotion of national reform,grassroots police work must also keep up with the pace of social development,timely respond to diversified challenges such as changes in the national government system,information data explosion,and increasing public demands.In addition to effectively protecting the lives and property of the people from loss through the daily law enforcement actions of grassroots police,and fighting against criminals and evil forces,To a certain extent,grassroots police also undertake service work.In this situation,an increasing number of grassroots police officers are facing increasing pressure,which can easily lead to negative emotions,fatigue,and even loss of sense of achievement and identification with their profession,directly weakening their on-the-job execution ability.Based on the previous theory of job burnout,on the basis of theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper takes the grass-roots police of S District Public Security Bureau as the research object,based on MSI-GS job burnout scale and combined with the main direction of research,compiles a questionnaire,and after verifying the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,distributes and recycles the questionnaire among the grass-roots police of S District Public Security Bureau.After further eliminating the invalid questionnaire,It is concluded that the reasons for the job burnout of grass-roots policemen in S District Public Security Bureau can be attributed to three aspects: social links,organizational leadership and professional characteristics.Specifically,it includes the lack of social respect and understanding in public security work,the failure to effectively protect the rights and interests of grass-roots policemen,the unclear rights and responsibilities of relevant departments,insufficient organizational care,difficult job promotion,high occupational risk coefficient,heavy work pressure and heavy tasks.After analyzing the causes of job burnout of grass-roots police,this paper puts forward to reduce job burnout of grass-roots police from social level,organizational level and individual level.In view of the current situation of job burnout of grassroots police in S District Public Security Bureau,this paper puts forward the solution and safeguard measures to solve the job burnout problem of grass-roots police in S District Public Security Bureau,improve the combat effectiveness of grass-roots police team,and realize the mission of "keeping one side safe and protecting one side of the people. |
