Grassroots police are an important force for public security organs to serve the society,and the first line of defense to maintain social stability and protect people’s life and property safety.With the rapid transformation of society,the forms,structures and types of crimes in the new era have undergone great changes,which put forward higher requirements and challenges for grassroots public security work.Faced with the complex and changeable working environment and the nature of work with "high intensity,high demand and high risk",the pressure of grassroots police officers is obvious.Through the study of job burnout and its influencing factors,we can understand the current situation of job burnout,analyze the influencing factors of job burnout,and provide theoretical and practical basis for relieving the job burnout of grassroots police.This study takes the policemen of H Public security Branch in Shandong Province as the research object to investigate their job burnout status and related influencing factors during the epidemic.First puts forward the hypothesis on the basis of the research literature,then conducts the interview and questionnaire survey on the police of this branch,combined with the MBI-GS scale,makes an in-depth investigation on the job burnout status of the police of this branch,and finally uses SPSS and EXCEL statistical software for data summary,statistics,analysis and conclusions.The conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)Job burnout of police in H Public Security Branch of Shandong Province is relatively serious and at a medium level.(2)There is a significant difference in the level of job burnout in demographic variables such as age,but there is no significant difference in gender,education level,marital status and working years.On the dimension of emotional exhaustion,the level of educational burnout of police aged 36-40 was the highest.On the cynicism dimension,41-45 years old policemen had the highest burnout level.There was no significant difference in the dimension of low sense of achievement among police officers of different ages.(3)Among the four influencing factors of job burnout,the average value of personal factors is the highest and exceeds the average value,followed by job factors.(4)There are significant differences in individual factors in gender,age and marital status.There are significant differences in working factors in age and working years.Social factors and family factors have significant differences in age.(5)There is a significant correlation between job burnout of police in H Public Security Branch of Shandong Province and influencing factors of job burnout.The results of bivariate correlation analysis show that the three dimensions of job burnout in this study are significantly correlated with the four factors of job burnout influencing factors.The regression statistics of multiple linear regression analysis show that the dimension of emotional exhaustion is related to personal factors and family factors.The cynicism dimension is related to the personal factors among the occupational factors.The dimension of low sense of accomplishment is related to the personal factor among the occupational factors.
