| In recent years, the research about the occupation burnout gradually into people’s vision and become a hot spot of experts and scholars research. In twentieth Century 70, USA scholars started to research.so far, the research has been involved in many fields and occupation,and achieved certain results. These are mainly in the area of the service of the occupation,including teachers, doctors, nurses, police, etc.. For the police occupation, especially the grass-roots police,easier to produce their occupation burnout.On the occupation burnout of police and intervention analysis and countermeasure research base is critical and necessary.Under this background, the status of occupation burnout and intervention measures in Shandong province Liaocheng city police were studied, understand the current situation, find the reasons, and puts forward measures. In the measurement of occupation burnout of police’s way and method, by using the method of questionnaire, this research uses is made by Li Yongxin from Henan University Chinese Occupation Burnout Questionnaire(CMBI); in finding and measuring the police occupation burnout base, this study adopts the methods of literature search, interview and questionnaire, the questionnaire for this study and formulate,divided into 4 dimensions 27 questions. In the choice of subjects, this study selected 175 different positions from the police, questionnaires were sent to them, a total of 157 valid questionnaires recovered. After the use of data analysis software SPSS has carried on the analysis to the questionnaire filled by these subjects, obtained the general situation of occupation burnout, occupation burnout difference between the dimensions of different demographic variables, and through the Occupation Burnout Questionnaire, obtained the subjects perception degree of burnout reasons, differences in the dimensions of occupation burnout the source of the different demographic variables, and the correlation between occupation burnout and burnout source.Differences in the dimensions of occupation burnout of different demographic variables: male subjects score higher than female; there are significant differences between unmarried and married people, the former score is high; the different police subjects showed a significant difference in three dimensions,the special police and traffic police higher score.Differences in the dimensions of job burnout sources with different demographic variables:male and female have significant difference on job support, organizational factors, individual factors and dimensions, males scored higher than females; 26- 35 and 36- 45 year old subjects in environmental support and personal factors dimension scored higher, different kinds of police in four dimensions of burnout causes showed the significant difference, the special police, the public security police, Criminal Police scored higher.Finally, combining the analysis result, the city of Liaocheng police occupation burnout intervention measures are put forward from four aspects of environmental support, work load,organizational factors, individual factors. |
