Research On The Satisfaction Of Smart Social Security Implementation

The smart life led by "Internet+" is profoundly affecting all aspects of public life with the advent of the information age,and the public has put forward new requirements for social governance,government public management and social security services.At the newly "two sessions(NPC and CPPCC)",Premier Keqiang Li has mentioned the concept of "Internet+" for four consecutive years,further strengthening the new strategic direction of "Internet+".Based on the changes of the public’s demand for government services and the practical possibilities brought by information technologies such as informatization,big data and cloud computing,how to scientifically and effectively use new tools and cutting-edge information technology,organically integrate the "Smart" management concept with the content of government affairs,create a public service platform suitable for the public,is the key to building a service-oriented government and breaking through the reform of government functions,and is also an important background for practicing smart social security actions.Compared with traditional social security service,smart social security emphasizes the use of information technology to improve the level of integrating information resources,optimizing business processes,expanding service channels,etc.On the other hand,it highlights the establishment of a more humanized and warm barrier-free public service system based on modern service concepts and methods,taking public demand as the foothold.Taking the satisfaction evaluation of smart social insurance in Suzhou Industrial Park as the breakthrough point,the author focuses on understanding and analyzing the satisfaction evaluation of smart social insurance in the implementation process and the factors affecting satisfaction status through literature study,questionnaire survey and interview method,and gives targeted suggestions and countermeasures based on relevant theoretical basis and feedback from interviewees.The implementation of smart social security has broken through the limitations of many traditional social security models,there are still some problems in management and operation mechanism,infrastructure construction,human resource management though.The overall satisfaction of publicity work,business block division,overall planning work,information sharing and linkage,online platform construction,service awareness,supporting workforce and work competence is kind of low.In view of these problems,the author puts forward suggestions and countermeasures as below:Improve the operation mechanism of efficient management and in-depth implementation;Strengthen and establish the information sharing system and top-level design of online platform;Establish a rigorous and scientific talent cultivation system.Through the above suggestions,we will continuously improve the problems to be solved in the current implementation of smart social security from multiple aspects as well as the satisfaction evaluation from public,and provide reference value for the formulation and implementation of public policies.
